Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Service Scope: TariffGuru.com provides technical data structuring, reference materials, pre-filing data audits, and educational resources for U.S. importers navigating the IEEPA tariff refund process. TariffGuru is not a law firm and is not a licensed customs brokerage. All services are of a technical and informational nature. Final filing decisions, federal acceptance, and refund approval are at the exclusive discretion of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other federal authorities.

2. No Guarantee of Refund: Purchase of any TariffGuru product or service does not guarantee federal approval of a tariff refund claim. Refund eligibility is determined solely by CBP based on your specific entry data, liquidation status, and compliance with applicable federal regulations.

3. No-Refund Policy: Due to the intensive technical labor and proprietary data analysis involved, all sales are final. Once data formatting or auditing begins for the $1,500 and $4,500 institutional service tiers, fees are non-refundable. The $97 Federal Recovery Toolkit is non-refundable upon digital delivery.

4. Liability Limitation: TariffGuru's liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service. TariffGuru is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of its products, services, or information, including but not limited to federal filing rejections, missed liquidation deadlines, or loss of refund.

5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
